Will Keith is professional chef with over 15 years experience in the industry. Will trained at the infamous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland is now based in Dorset but has worked all over the UK and across Europe.

 

Will has worked as a private chef in family homes and villas, on private estates and super yachts, as well as working in restaurants and for catering companies. 

 

Will is passionate about providing the best dining experience, using local, seasonal produce with handpicked suppliers to ensure the highest quality.
